Inside this High Quality Sleeps 18 Large Holiday Rental with Indoor Swimming Pool near Belper and Derby 

Enter the property via the ground floor’s grand hallway, complete with an authentic oak staircase. The ground floor lounge is a lovely place to relax as soon as you step in, with comfy sofas and even a piano if you fancy playing a couple of tunes. The warming open fireplace will keep you cosy whatever the weather. The indoor swimming pool is a fantastic ground floor feature, with clear waters and views outside, lit naturally through the grand windows. It’s the ideal space for a perfect morning swim, and don’t forget to enjoy a game of table football, also on the ground floor. 

Heading up to the first floor, the dining area and open plan kitchen is a stylish arrangement, with all the equipment you could need to prepare your favourite meals as well as plenty of seating for everyone to gather around and enjoy their food. The lounge upstairs features a TV to enjoy all your favourite programmes and lavish sofas where you can snuggle up and binge watch a family favourite show. And, with a family bathroom and utility room on this floor, every convenience you could need has been accounted for. 

When you’re ready to settle down into bed, there are six lush bedrooms to choose from.   Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and three on the first floor.

• A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, plus en-suite facilities,

• An ensuite double bedroom,

• A further ensuite double bedroom,

First floor:

• A bedroom with zip and link beds (can be made up as either twin beds or a double) plus a single bed,

• A double bedroom with a lovely ensuite.

All the beauty of the English countryside is available right on your doorstep here at The Gatehouse, where you can sit out on the decked patio area. The patio furniture overlooks the gorgeous gardens and grassy countryside, so you can admire the trees against the skyline and the array of flora all from The Gatehouse. There’s also a fenced pond to enjoy! Also outdoors is the inviting warm bubbly hot tub complete with fairy lights hanging overhead, making this a magical spot to relax and unwind on holiday.

Whether holidaying with family or friends, there’s plenty of history to explore and discover nearby, you can visit Derwent Valley and all the nearby museum, theme parks, country towns such as Matlock and Buxton, as well as the historic country houses of Chatsworth and Haddon Hall.
