Just a few miles away is the Peak District National Park, only 3 miles from Matlock and Matlock Bath with its shops and eateries, and 6 miles from the charming market town of Bakewell and the Monsal Trail with its superb traffic free cycle routes. - 4 comfortable bedrooms, made up with Egyptian cotton linen and each with a memory foam mattress.
- There is a family bathroom and 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, laid out as follows: o A bedroom with 4 single beds, and an en-suite wetroom, o Twin bedroom with en=suite shower room, o Bedroom with a king-size bed,
- Upstairs is the fourth bedroom; a king-sized bedroom with en-suite facilities.
Outside, is a superb patio area with a generous outdoor dining table to seat 10, a BBQ, a sheltered hot tub so you can enjoy a relaxing soak whatever the weather and a games room with pool table, and darts for fun times. Private parking is available for up to 5 cars.

Top Attractions: The Peak District offers a huge range of things to see and do. Chatsworth House is only a 15 minute drive away and the historic town of Bakewell is just a little further on. There you can wander around the cobbled streets and browse in many independent shops and you couldn't go to Bakewell without trying the famous Bakewell Pudding! Matlock is only a 20 minute walk away where you with find all the usual amenities including Sainsburys. There are plenty of bars and restaurants including; Italian, Indian & Thai and some lovely independent shops selling antiques, collectibles and interiors. You will find a lovely park too located next to the Derwent River with plenty of facilities including; flower garden, Wi-Fi, coffee shop, tennis courts, a skate board deck, children's playground with splash pad, train and boat rides for the kids. Drive a little further in and you will arrive in Matlock Bath. There you can take a cable car and view the stunning Derwent Valley from High above! The young ones will have a great time at Gulliver's Kingdom and if the sporty fancy having a go at canoeing there's the chance to navigate the River Derwent here. Annual Eventst: Ashbourne Royal Shrovetide Football Game Each year on Shrove Tuesday and Ash Wednesday in Ashbourne, Derbyshire, one of the world's oldest, largest, longest and maddest football games takes place.
