With the Peak District National Park only around 10 minutes' drive away, this is a great place for a couple's holiday in Derbyshire.
Inside this sleeps 2 cottage is beautifully presented with a lounge with comfy leather sofas, Sky TV, gas fireplace and internet access, a spacious well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave for easy self-catering, a romantic bedroom with a king-size bed dressed in Egyptian cotton bed linen and a bathroom with both bath and separate shower.
To the rear of the cottage is a private patio area where you can enjoy dining alfresco in summer time.

Top Attractions: The Peak District offers a huge range of things to see and do. Chatsworth House is only a 15 minute drive away and the historic town of Bakewell is just a little further on. There you can wander around the cobbled streets and browse in many independent shops and you couldn't go to Bakewell without trying the famous Bakewell Pudding!Matlock is only a 15 minute walk where you with find all the usual amenities including Sainsbury’s. There are plenty of bars and restaurants including; Italian, Indian & Thai and some lovely independent shops selling antiques, collectibles and interiors. You will find a lovely park too located next to the Derwent River with plenty of facilities including; flower garden, Wi-Fi, coffee shop, tennis courts, mini golf, a skate board deck, children's playground with pool and train and boat rides for the kids. Drive a little further n and you will arrive in Matlock Bath. There you can take a cable car and view the stunning Derwent Valley from High above! The young ones will have a great time at Gulliver’s Kingdom and if the sporty fancy having a go at canoeing there's the chance to navigate the River Derwent here.
