The property features all ground floor accommodations with one en-suite bedroom equipped with a shower, basin, WC, double bed, bunk bed suitable for children, and Smart TV, another en-suite with a shower, basin, WC, and double bed, and a small bedroom with a 3/4 double bed. Please note: This property only accepts a party of six, including infants.

The enchanting villages of Gardenstown and Pennan are nearby, along with Cullen, home to one of Scotland's largest beaches. Cullen is a popular family destination due to its expansive beach and abundant nature spotting opportunities. Bird watchers will be thrilled to know that the RSPB Reserve at Spey Bay is also in the area, offering chances to observe ospreys each summer. The Moray Firth is also renowned for spotting bottlenose dolphins, with regular dolphin-spotting boat excursions available throughout the day.
