As soon as you step into the airy hall and open plan dining area, you’ll be right at home in The Milking Parlour. The dining room is perfectly kitted out with bright windows and sweeping curtains and is the perfect space to sit with your family. Put your favourite music on the radio, and enjoy a meal cooked in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need to make your favourite homecooked treats.
Relax in the sitting room in front of the cosy stove, snuggled up on the comfy sofa or one of the armchairs, and enjoy your favourite film or binge watch a new series. When the day is done, move upstairs for a dreamy night sleep in one of two bedrooms. The first has a sumptuous double bed and lovely sloped rafters, with cosy golden lighting that is completed by the sunny south facing window. The second bedroom has the same beautiful design of exposed rafters and south facing windows, letting sunlight spread over the two twin beds (able to be made into a double, making this the perfect retreat for any group!).
Wake up refreshed and enjoy the soothing waters of a warm bath, or the cooling spray of the shower. The Milking Parlour has everything you need to be a perfect holiday!

The Milking Parlour is placed perfectly in the rural countryside, only 3.5 miles away from the charming market town of Halesworth. Take a walk around the quaint streets and independent shops for a friendly day out with the family. Or, explore the stunning coastline at the seaside town Southwold, perfect for a walk down its stunning pier and candy coloured beach huts as far as you can see. Walberswick also boasts a beautiful sandy beach where you can try your hand at catching some crabs. Whatever you choose to do, The Milking Parlour is the perfect base for an exciting holiday with your nearest and dearest, full of making memories!

Local Attractions near Halesworth
Top Attractions: Grove Farm is 3.5 miles from the attractive Suffolk market town of Halesworth with its large CoOp supermarket and good selection of shops. Bramfield Village (1 mile) also has its own locally renowned butcher 'K Clark' with a deli counter, groceries. Also in Bramfield is the Queens Head Pub and Restaurant, lovely place to eat or enjoy a drink.Other places recommended for visits include: Southwold with its sand and pebble beach with the famous beach huts and newly rebuilt pier. It's a lovely old town, well worth a visit just to walk along the sea front, Walberswick where our favourite short walk is across a rabbit mown field and sand dunes to a lovely sandy beach. Kids can have fun catching crabs on the bridge by the car park using a weighted piece of string baited with bacon, Dunwich has a pebble beach and is less busy than others. There is a beach-side fish and chip shop for a quick tasty meal, open in the summer until 5pm.
