Surrounded by fields and farmlands, this is an unspoilt location, just outside of the small tranquil rural village of Wheatacre.  Less than a mile away is the renowned beauty of the Norfolk Broads and within half an hour's drive is the stunning coast and the charming seaside town of Lowestoft.  This is an excellent location, from which to discover some of the best of Norfolk and Suffolk.

There are also excellent shared leisure facilities on site for guests to enjoy at Wheatacre Hall Barns including:

This spacious holiday barn with its exposed wooden beams and exposed brickwork in some rooms, oozes rural charm.  Whichever bedroom you choose, you’ll be treated to sumptuous covers and a beautifully designed interior.

•    One bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room,

•    A bedroom with 5" zip and link beds (can be made up as a king-size bed or as a twin),

•    A twin bedroom.

The open plan living room and kitchen is perfect for evenings in. Spend the evening cooking and eating together at the oak tables, then move to the cosy lounge area with comfy sofas where you can  curl up and watch your favourite TV programmes.

The family bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, basin and WC, plus shower room with basin and WC,  completes the accommodation.

If it’s a warmer night, then move out onto the patio and sit under starlit skies. There’s even a barbeque for you to take advantage of!

The enclosed patio area and garden will particularly appeal to pet owners.

Set amongst unspoilt Suffolk countryside, and as part of Wheatacre Hall Barns, there is plenty to enjoy both on your doorstep and further afield with a stay at Coot. Enjoy cycling down the nearby country lanes on holiday (there are bikes available to hire on site), or enjoy a stroll along one of the walks around the farm.  For shopping and dining out, the charming town of Beccles, with its unique, independent shops and quaint streets is just 6 miles away. There’s everything you need and more around this property!

For day trips out, the Norfolk Broads with its stunning scenery is only around a mile away and for days out by the seaside, the charming coastal town of Lowestoft is around half an hour's drive away.
