Inside, the cottage oozes period features and plenty of character with exposed beams making this a truly charming place to stay. 

Outside, there is a lawn area, patio, flower beds, outdoor seating and a BBQ so you can sit out and make the most of this tranquil setting.  The views out to the Fynn Valley and the surrounding countryside are simply stunning.

• A lounge with a warming woodburner, a comfy sofa, three armchairs and a TV, ideal for relaxing and unwinding with friends and family,

• Spacious kitchen/dining room, with traditional kitchen with double oven, a four-ring electric hob with an extractor fan above, a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster.  This room opens out to the dining room with seating for 6 and antique wooden dining table.  This room leads through to the lounge and the garden room.

• The garden room is the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee whilst enjoying the tranquil garden views.

• There are four roomy bedrooms

o Bedroom 1 features a vaulted ceiling, a romantic king-sized four poster bed, bedside tables and lamps.

o Bedroom 2 - beautiful wooden single bed, a bedside table and a handmade lamp,

o Bedroom 3 – spacious single bedroom with bedside table and lamp.

o Bedroom 4 – bedroom with a deluxe super-king size bed, bedside tables and lamps.

• A shower room with stand alone shower, handbasin, WC and full length mirror.

• Downstairs cloakroom with wash basin and WC.

This property has Wifi so you can stay connected whilst away.

Outside the cottage are gardens where you can relax, unwind and enjoy alfresco living in summer time.  There is a garage and off-road parking is available for two cars.

Nestled down a private untarmacked road and with no near neighbours, Cherry Tree Cottage is an idyllic country retreat for couples or families, where you can enjoy good walks close by, or cycling down Suffolk’s country lanes.

The charming town of Woodbridge with its independent shops, cafes and eateries is less than 3 miles away and for days out by the seaside, the attractive coastal town of Aldeburgh with its long stretch of shingle and pebble beach is only around half an hour's drive away.
