It is also the Birthplace of Elgar and in Lower Broadheath there is a museum devoted to his work. The city also has a City Art Gallery and Museum to visit. 2 minutes from the Cathedral is the Royal Worcester Visitor Centre and Factory, where you can paint your own souvenir if you want. There is a 90 minute historical walk which takes place at 6pm daily from outside the Guild Hall. The Guild Hall is situated in the middle of the main shopping street which has plenty of shops for you to browse in.
There is plenty of well signed car parking and endless places to eat and drink.
