Surrounded by unspoilt rolling countryside and farmlands, at this 4 bedroom award winning property you can be assured of excellent standards of accommodation and customer service.
Little Canwood House’s location is ideal for relaxing and enjoying a rural retreat break and is also excellent for visiting Hereford which is just 15 minutes’ drive away. The property is also easily accessible as the M50 is just 20 minutes’ drive away.
Inside, the property has been sympathetically converted with charming features such as wooden beams complementing the modern and stylish décor and with underfloor heating is superbly comfortable. This high quality holiday cottage has been rated 5 star by the Tourist Board. Whether for families or groups, this is a wonderful property which can accommodate up to 8 people. The property benefits from free fibre optic broadband.
Herefordshire provides beautiful riding country with miles and miles of bridle paths and countryside lanes, ideal for riding.
Pets are welcome by arrangement and we make a small charge of £40 per dog.

A spacious light and airy open plan style well equipped kitchen; featuring handmade units, granite worktops, an Aga (please let us know whether or not you would like it lit), full size oven and one with an oven/microwave combination, a larder style fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. This room also features a sofa area and TV at one end and is a great sociable space.
Living room; this spacious room has plenty of sofas and features a wood burning stove as well as doors that lead out to the garden. A selection of games and DVDs are available.

Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with en-suite shower room, featuring a very comfortable 5ft bed.

Family bathroom: With bath and shower over.
Outside there is a lawned garden to the front and rear of the house. The garden is securely fenced making it ideal for families. There is also a raised patio area.
