The current owners are only the third family since Lambert to own the house and have lovingly renovated it to its former glory.

Sympathetically restored with new heating to give lashings of hot water and cutting edge appliances, the house has 11 bedrooms, 8 with en-suite bathrooms (plus one shower room shared by 2 bedrooms).For relaxing with friends and family there is an impressive drawing room with a fine plaster ceiling and views over the fields, as well as a formal dining room which seats 40 (ideal for those special occasions), as well as a library and a kitchen made for large group self-catering. Outside are several garden rooms, mostly laid to lawn, but all with stunning views over the surrounding countryside.

Also within the grounds is the Clock Tower, an idyllic 1 bedroom romantic retreat which serves as a honeymoon suite when booked for weddings.
