Warren Lodges are a group of four carefully designed spacious timber lodges, situated in a sheltered hollow at the end of a farm track and surrounded by our private nature reserve, on the edge of the Minsmere marshes between Theberton and Eastbridge. Walks through woods and marsh meadows to the beach down the lane from the lodges.

With pine-clad comfortable interiors, these holiday lodges are well insulated, double glazed and heated by gas convectors along with a log effect fire in the lounge area so you can be assured of a cosy stay. Each lodge features a south-facing veranda, open plan living area with lounge/diner and kitchen, bathroom with bath (shower over), handbasin and WC, one double bedroom with a 4ft 6in bed and one twin bedroom with 3ft beds. A z-bed for an extra child can be supplied at extra cost. Gas and electricity free. BBQ available.
Warren Lodges enjoy a tranquil and peaceful setting and are well situated for discovering the beautiful Heritage coast on days out. Discover safe beaches and footpaths through marsh, heath and forest close by. The surrounding area is wonderful for wildlife watching and marsh harriers, barn owls, kestrels and sparrow hawks can be seen swooping over the surrounding land. It is also possible to see some rare and interesting birds at nearby RSPB Minsmere reserve. Other wildlife you may be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of include rabbits and deer. Also within easy reach for days out are the beautiful churches, villages and unspoilt market towns of Suffolk. The owners Andrew & Jane live on the property and work to ensure that the lodges are cleaned to the highest standard.
