This character cottage enjoys a rural location and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. It’s a semi-detached cottage, close to the heart of St Minver.
Inside, the front door opens up into a hallway leading to a cosy sitting room with a warming log burner in the centre of the room to give that rustic appeal. This leads to the dining area which seats 4 and the well-equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms in this property, the first a single bedroom a couple of steps up from the ground floor with views of the countryside from the windows. The remaining two bedrooms; one super king size double and the other a twin, are on the first floor with an accompanying family bathroom.
Outside features a beautiful garden, surrounded by Cornwall’s famous greenery, perfect for drinks in the garden on a summer’s evening.

A beautiful stroll along Rock beach is a must when visiting here. Here you will find the beach dotted with cockles and mussels in the early morning when the tide has just gone out. Another great excursion to do is to try water skiing at the Camel Ski School or to take a Cornish sea tour where you may be lucky enough to see dolphins. Also well worth a visit is the coastal town of Padstow where the charming harbour filled with pretty boats and a handful of shops, pubs and restaurants should keep you entertained all day.
