Certain towns and villages in Cornwall have a good number of high quality holiday homes. These tend to be the coastal areas concerned with sailing such as Falmouth, Rock and Padstow, although 5 star cottages can be found all around Cornwall, including farmhouses and beautiful rural retreats in the heart of the countryside.
There are some exclusive holiday homes to rent in Cornwall. The most south westerly county of England is little more than a large peninsula jutting out to sea. Padstow and Rock are up-market towns on the north coast. Rick Stein has restaurants in Padstow for a discerning clientele and the numerous yachts and boats in the harbour and estuary belong to people who come to sail in Cornwall.
Some of the finest holiday homes have terraces and balconies looking out over the ocean and sands. There are few more attractive places in Britain for a luxury family break. 5 star apartments on golf courses in Cornwall are another indulgence for golfers who like to be pampered after the game.
