This large holiday property with its large dining room is ideal for groups of friends looking to gather altogether, celebrate and enjoy a sociable holiday or for a large family looking to get away and enjoy time relaxing and unwinding together.  The spacious kitchen is well equipped to make for easy self-catering and there are two roomy reception rooms; a lounge with a 65 inch TV with full Sky package and a second living room with comfy sofas and open fire.  There is also a fabulous cinema room, complete with 3.5 metre screen, projector and full Sky package.  Also in the cinema room is a pool table and a Sony PlayStation VR so this room doubles up as a fantastic games room.

The bedrooms are arranged over two floors. 

On the first floor are three spacious bedrooms with beautiful super-king size sleigh beds with garden views, a bright and airy twin bedroom, and a bespoke bunkbed room offering two built in 2ft 6 beds suitable for children or petite adults.  Also on this floor is a family bathroom with both bath and shower, as well as a family bathroom with bath and WC. 

On the top floor are four further bedrooms; three lovely bedrooms with oak super-king size beds, a twin bedroom, as well as a spacious family bathroom and a shower room.  There are also full-size day beds in some of the bedrooms, meaning that this high quality holiday house can sleep up to 22 people in total.

Although very much set apart and set within its own secluded gardens, Corfee House is part of Corfee Holiday Cottages and therefore enjoys access to some superb shared onsite leisure facilities including an indoor heated swimming pool, a hot tub and a tennis court, as well as facilities for children with an adventure play area on site.  With so much to offer, you might never want to leave!  If you do wish to explore the local area, the beautiful Hartland Devon Heritage Coast, lovely beaches and Exmoor National Park are within reach for day trips.
