3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Holiday Lodge with Onsite Fishing, near Bodmin Moor and the Polperro Coast

Set in 17 acres of beautiful Cornish countryside, within a mile of Bodmin Moor, is this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 shower room holiday lodge. It is set apart from Rivermead's other properties and perched on the hillside overlooking the scenic Glynn Valley. The beautiful coastline of South East Cornwall is within a 30 minute drive, offering days out at the seaside town of Looe, the pretty fishing village of Polperro, or more secluded beaches like Lantic Bay and Lansallos.

Escape with friends or family, or simply as a couple, to relax and unwind at this tranquil lodge.

The River Fowey flows through Rivermead's peaceful grounds and the lodge benefits from this lovely setting with a meadow and woods to the rear, and south-facing valley views to the front. The Bodmin steam railway can be seen from the lodge, as well as red deer and buzzards who also call Rivermead home. Guests can enjoy free fishing for trout and salmon on the river.

This is a pet-free property and no dogs are permitted.

Inside this 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom No Pets Holiday Lodge near Bodmin Moor

• A spacious open plan living area incorporating a lounge area with squishy sofas, TV with Freeview, a well-equipped kitchen and dining area with a table large enough to seat up to 6 guests.

* A Cornish cream tea and welcome bag on arrival.

* A kitchen starter kit including tea towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, sponge, J-cloth, and oven gloves.

* Shower room towels and bath mats.

* An entrance hallway with storage, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

There are 3 very comfortable bedrooms, each with views out to the Glynn Valley comprising of:

• Main bedroom with king-size bed, and ensuite shower room with spacious shower, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

• Second bedroom with king-size bed and a large walk-in wardrobe (this room can accommodate a travel cot).

• Twin bedroom with full size single beds suitable for adults or children.

A further family shower room with large shower, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail completes the accommodation.

Outside is a private patio with seating and BBQ where you can dine alfresco and soak up the setting. There is also a fabulous balcony with bistro table and chairs for 2 where you can enjoy the stunning country views.
