Bi-fold doors open this room up to the outdoor patio where there is a sumptuous garden suite and sun loungers to laze on.
 
The master bedroom has dual aspect windows that greet you with fabulous sea views every morning. The master contains a super-king bed and sofa, a smart television, wardrobe, dressing table and a chest of drawers. The next double bedroom has views of the golf course and is equally luxuriously furnished. There are two further double bedrooms, both situated on the ground floor (one of which has its own shower room, toilet and wash basin). There is also a ground floor cloakroom that has a WC and wash basin.

A useful area for anyone who may have bought a laptop, is a nook with a large desk and chair where you can sit and download the day’s photographs.
