This contemporary ground floor apartment styled in neutral colours sleeps four people in two bedrooms. It has an open plan living/dining and kitchen area which leads out onto a patio. There is a breakfast bar in the fitted kitchen area with seating for four people, a fridge to store cold drinks and a dishwasher to make self-catering easy. The accommodation is in a 19th Century Manor House that has been converted into six apartments.
One of the two bedrooms is a spacious double and the second is a twin bedroom.There is also a bathroom and a cloakroom.
Private parking space for one vehicle is available to guests which is a boon in popular Cornwall.
Explore southern Cornwall, walk along the coastal path for more superb sea view, sunbathe on the beach, visit historic Cornish inns for a night out. A wonderful holiday could be yours at any time of year. Visit the Eden Project with friends for one of their special events - it's a forty minute drive away.

2 The Manor House is one of 6 apartments in a Manor House originally built in the early 1800s. The Manor House overlooks Looe harbour and the East Looe river offering easy access by foot to the town and beach and yet allowing an escape from the holiday crowds.
The holiday accommodation is all downstairs with patio doors off the lounge/diner leading to its own patio area. There is a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher and fridge. The apartment features two bedrooms, a double and a twin, a bathroom and a cloakroom. There is private parking for one car.A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. Whilst the Covid accommodation restrictions are in place we are accepting reservations without a deposit. The deposit and balance will be arranged once the restrictions are lifted.
Quaint working fishing village.
Looe is an immensely popular Cornish coastal village which receives numerous visitors, especially during the warmer months. It has a good choice of eateries, shops and pubs because it attracts so many visitors.
Recommended Places to Visit: The Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, National Trust properties such as Lanhydrock and Cotehele and English Heritage properties such as Restormel Castle. Adrenalin junkies may like the idea of travelling acrioss zip wires at Adrenalin Quarry, six miles from Looe.
Annual Events: Looe Music Festival takes place annually at the end of September.
Recommended Places to Eat Out: The Olde Salutation Inne in Fore Street.
Local Sports: There are many golf courses such as Bindown, Lostwithiel and Lanhydrock. For keen walkers the South West Coast Path is on the doorstep.
