Market days are Fridays, Saturdays and Mondays in Market Place, which is next to the 12th century St. Denys’ parish church. Also held is a farmers market, on the first Saturday of every month, selling a variety of local produce. In addition, a flea market takes place every third Saturday of the month.
Also recommended for a visit is the attractive historical city of Lincoln with its fine cathedral, excellent shops and cobbled streets. Lincoln is just 13 miles from Rowston and easily accessible by car.
