Choose from two bedrooms – the twin beds under beautiful, beamed ceilings, overlooking the pastures below, or the more intimate double bed, with golden lighting and exposed wooden beams. The Granary is one of just 3 welcoming holiday cottages at the Old Barn Cottages.  These cottages are placed in the gorgeous location of Great Sturton, bordering the exquisite Lincolnshire Wolds. You’ll be in the centre of rural England, full of untouched natural landscapes that hold centuries of history to be discovered. On site is a croquet lawn for fun times with family and friends.  There is also a nature trail around woodlands, so you can enjoy exploring the surrounding area.

If you prefer cobbled streets to grassy fields, then travel to one of the historical towns that surround you. Perhaps try out some antique shopping in Horncastle, only five miles away, and shop around in the quaint markets. Don’t forget to explore the charming alleys and unique artisan finds in Louth. Alternatively, you’re not far from Lincoln, so enjoy the dreaming spires of the cathedral, and have a friendly drink in a local pub, or a warming coffee while you dream of fairy tales in an independent café.
