Carp cottage is a three bedroom holiday home beside established fishing lakes, along with two other cottages on a working farm. It is nicely equipped for a lazy chilled out self-catering break. One of the bedrooms is a double, suited to a couple, the others are twin bedrooms.

When not relaxing beside the waters of the lake, relax with a swim in the large heated swimming pool.

The lakes are well stocked with a variety of carp, tench, golden orf, rudd and roach. If this is getting you excited then these holiday cottages are a must. The lakes are situated just behind the cottages, a short walk away.

The two other cottages available are both single storey and suitable for people with mobility issues.

There are plenty of other activities and sightseeing in this part of Lincolnshire. Most guests visit Lincoln Castle and Cathedral, Doddington Hall or Chatsworth House.

Found within the private grounds are mature fishing lakes which are just a short walk from the cottages, guests at the cottages on Wallrudding Farm have exclusive fishing rights to the lake but are required to have a licence. Contact us to find out more about the size of fish.

The swimming pool is open from 9am until 8pm and has changing rooms available. 

Each of the brick-built holiday cottages has a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area. The 1 bedroom Roach Rest is perfect for a romantic break whilst Carp Cottage an Koi Keep are great for family holidays or small gatherings of friends. Koi keep has a number of originial features and 3 twin bedrooms and a bathroom all set over a single-storey; Roach Rest is also set over a single storey and has 1 twin bedroom whilst Carp Cottage has 2 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom.
