•    A z-bed is available for a 5th person (please request at time of booking).


Accessibility Information:

For those who need it, a bath seat and bath step is available upon request, as is a shower stool with contour seat and backrest and a perching stool for the kitchen.  The property has level access throughout and a level access shower room.

Outside Space

Outside there is a patio area complete with garden furniture where you can enjoy dining alfresco in summer time.  There is also a shared courtyard garden with seating which guests are free to enjoy.

This is a lovely place to relax and unwind on holiday and just take it easy.  Should you wish to get out and explore the beautiful Lincolnshire Fens are found all around.  Other places to visit for day trips are Lincoln with its rich history, Stamford with its fine stone buildings and the town of Grantham.  For more countryside, the Lincolnshire Wolds are only around half an hour’s drive away.
