The Granary has pretty, airy spaces providing lots of room for a relaxing holiday from the moment you step into the beautiful living area. Relax under authentic beamed ceilings on the cosy sofas, curled up in front of the warming log burner. This is the ideal space to spend time together with your nearest and dearest, and you can even enjoy a film night with the TV (provided with Freeview and a DVD player). And with the wood burner and the oil-fired central heating it’ll be toasty warm whatever the weather! 

The dining area nearby is another lovely area, where you can all sit around the table and enjoy some morning tea. Maybe add in a nice hot breakfast prepared in the kitchen! It’s an ideal space for some cooking, whether you want to experiment with something new for the family or return to an old favourite; it’s a lovely and sociable space where you can cook while chatting to your family in the sitting room.  

The Bedroom Accommodation:

When you’ve finished with a day full of adventure, the two bedrooms are gorgeous spaces to cosy up in and get in that beauty rest before a new day. 

•The double room is an intimate room, with a comfy double bed and high beamed ceilings, making for a lovely place to wind down and get ready for a dreamy nights sleep. 

•The roomy twin room is equally stunning, with authentic beamed ceilings and brickwork, lit by the sunny windows. 

The downstairs family bathroom has a shower over a bath, so you can wake up to a refreshing shower or have a calming soak in the bathtub. 

Outside the Granary is an enclosed patio area where you can sit out and enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets or a morning coffee.

The swimming pool and the sauna are a shining star at Three Gates Farm – take advantage of the heated indoor swimming pool and start your day with a soothing swim, or a workout at the gym. The sauna is also an unbeatable space, that’s truly perfect for a regenerating holiday! 

For the kids, then the play area will keep them well entertained, whether they want to have a go on the trampoline or play on the seesaw. There’s also a games room with a pool table and an outdoor area with table tennis. 

If you’re a nature lover, then you’ll be pleased to hear about the pond area and birdwatching facilities, which are well worth a visit! Off site, there are plenty of natural walks to enjoy, from national trust properties to exploring Exmoor or Dartmoor National Park. If you fancy a day out by the seaside, then Minehead with its stretch of beautiful beach is within a 50 minute drive.  Or, have a look around Huntsham village or Bampton town, all boasting lovely independent cafes and shops that you’ll be sure to enjoy. The Granary is the perfect base to explore all of this!
