The Smithy is ideal, whether you want to catch up on your favourite TV show or curl up with a good holiday read. Step into the living area, with two cosy sofas and chairs opposite, ideal for a social space where you can catch over sweet treats. Or, you can enjoy watching TV (complete with Freeview and a DVD player!). The wood burner is a lovely touch to keep you nice and toasty whatever the weather is like outside. 

The dining area seats 6 under the gorgeous natural light of the conservatory. It provides stunning views over natural scenes, and is the perfect place to enjoy a sunlit meal prepared in the thoughtfully designed kitchen. The kitchen is set behind the living area in an open plan arrangement, making for a sociable space where you can cook and chat with everyone. It has everything you could need to create all those family favourites, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. 

On a sunny morning, the enclosed privated garden (with mesh fencing)is an unbeatable space, with sublime views of rolling hills and bright skies. It’s the perfect place for a morning coffee of a glass of fizz on a warm evening. When you’re ready for bed, then the three ensuite rooms will be welcome retreats. 

The 3 ensuite bedrooms and bathrooms comprise of:

•One lavish double room, where you can snuggle up under the sheets and gaze up at some stars through the skylight. 

•Two twin bedrooms, both charmingly decorated with grand windows and comfy furnishings. 

•The three ensuites are also a treat -  one has a walk in shower for a refreshing morning wake up, and two have a shower above the bath so you can enjoy an evening soak.

You don’t even need to leave the grounds of Three Gates Farm to enjoy a fabulous holiday; the farm boasts an array of amazing facilities for you to enjoy during your holiday. For a soothing day, head up to the indoor heated swimming pool and sauna, heated all year round so you can enjoy a relaxing swim. Or, head over to the gym for a work out. If you bring along any little ones then the swings, slide, trapeze, sweesaw and trampoline in the play area will be more than enough to keep them entertained, and the adults can play pool or table tennis in the games room. If you’re more of a nature lover than you’re in the perfect place; explore the wildlife in the ponds or have a go at birdwatching at the feeding stations – you can even borrow some binocular! You aren’t short of things to do around Devon either, with plenty of fantastic days out to enjoy, from exploring Exmoor and the stunning national trust properties such as Killerton and Knightshayes around you to days out walking in Dartmoor.  Or perhaps you want to enjoy a day by the beach, only 45 minutes away.
