Charming 2 Bedroom Character Cottage in Welcoming Village of Kingston in Kingsbridge
Pretty character cottage in the heart of this delightful Devon Village. Nestled between the picturesque 16th Century Dolphin Inn and the 13th Century Norman Church, the accommodation is attractive throughout with a wealth of character features, an open fireplace and a sunny secluded garden.Inside this 2 bedroom pet-friendly retreat is:
- A spacious beamed lounge with feature fireplace, colour TV and Hifi.
- A beamed kitchen/dining room with cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine.
- One double bedroom.
- One twin bedroom.
- A family bathroom.
The Cottage is heated downstairs by Economy 7 Storage heaters as well as (if required) the open fire and upstairs electric convector heater.
Outside is a lovely fully enclosed secluded garden, ideal for well behaved pets, and soaking up the sunshine in the summer sun. There is a patio area and garden furniture for dining alfresco in summer.
Up to 2 well behaved pet dogs are welcome.

Officially voted "Best Village in West England" Calor Village Of The Year Awards 2009 and Devon County winner 2008 Kingston is situated in a Designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty amongst rolling hills and valleys bounded by Dartmour and the sea, the nearest beach being approximately 1 mile away at Wonwel.
The Village makes an ideal touring base for the numerous visitor attractions at Plymouth, Torbay, Buckfastleigh, Totnes, Salcombe, Kingsbridge and Dartmour National Park. Close by there is an abundance of unspoilt Heritage Coastline beaches and coves which are perfect for bathing, paddling, fishing, windsurfing and sailing.
For those who enjoy walking there are some fine cliff top walks along the National Trust Coastal Path. For the keen Golfer there are courses close by at Thurlestone and Bigbury as well as a little further away at the Dartmouth Golf and Country Club.
