Inside, this beautiful authentic holiday home, as soon as you step in, you are greeted by warmth and atmosphere; from the cosy sofas perfect to curl up in, to the wooden panelled ceilings, the naturally lit space is the ideal location to relax in on a slow morning or a pleasant evening. There’s a dining table to sit around and enjoy some food prepared in the modern kitchen space, with all the essentials you could need to cook that special comfort meal. If it’s a sunny night, then the garden furniture provides an inviting space to enjoy dining under clear skies. Of course, remember to take advantage of the barbeque – no holiday is complete without one!

When you’re ready to settle down for a restful night’s sleep, then there are three gorgeous bedrooms to choose from.

Explore the natural wonders of Fosse Farmhouse and the magnificent Cotswolds

The Stables sits within the grounds of Fosse Farmhouse and is surrounded by so many little wonders well worth exploring during your visit. If you fancy exploring some village life, then Castle Combe and Lacock are both lovely; Castle Combe is a stunning, quaint village only a 20 minute walk from the Stables, with a picture perfect row of house and gorgeous countryside views (see if you can spot any scenes from your favourite films – it’s been well used for several shoots!). Lacock is equally beautiful as a National trust site (featured in Harry Potter for any fans!) and has a fascinating history waiting to be explored. Longleat Safari Park and Bowood House also offer delightful days out for the whole family, and Thermae Bath Spa just 20 minutes away is not to be missed! There are badminton horse trials and circuit racing venues to be explored as well, so there will be plenty to enjoy nearby on a holiday at the Stables.
