Step through the pretty front door into an open plan sitting room and dining room. Back to back sofas split the room into two seating areas, one of which has a television and looks out through a big picture window into the garden. The other sitting area has a buttoned leather chesterfield and another sofa with a coffee table between them and a warming woodburner. The striking dark red walls contrast with white and the colours are picked up with the soft furnishings, creating a most attractive room.The well equipped kitchen is an appealing mid blue shade with black appliances and worktops. Find all essential items for self-catering, the cupboards store pots and pans, crockery, glassware and cutlery. A dishwasher is always an asset on a self-catering holiday plus there is a washing machine to deal with clothes on the go.
The ground floor has underfloor heating so that you have the pleasure of warmth underfoot, even in bare feet. A shower room with WC and washhand basin complete the bottom floor.

• Upstairs are two bedrooms, one king-size and one double. The main bedroom has a little balcony.
Both bedrooms share the swish family bathroom with its roll top standalone bath.
