This two-floor property is flawlessly designed to accommodate the whole party, with multiple spacious and modern rooms to relax in. Enter into the spacious hall, a classy greeting to this fabulous holiday home. The living room with its tall windows and cosy log burner is the perfect place to relax and watch the TV, or curl up with a book. Breath-taking views of the countryside are also a fantastic feature of this holiday home; enjoy meals with friends and family, gathered around the large dining table with stunning views to enjoy too. On a sunny night, take your dinner (prepared in the fully equipped kitchen) out onto the terrace, where you can watch magnificent sunsets lowering over the hills whilst making use of the garden furniture.

Boasting five lavish bedrooms, The Cedars is a great place for a relaxing night’s sleep and sleeps up to 12 people (with use of additional pull out truckle beds). Four bedrooms are on the first floor, each decorated beautifully and cosy enough to snuggle up in all morning. All beds are zip and link beds, offering excellent flexibility; whether you want to cuddle up in a super king-sized bed or whisper goodnight between two singles. All the bedrooms feature a soothing ensuite shower room, with one even having a relaxing bath. On the ground floor awaits another beautiful bedroom with zip and link beds, and an ensuite wet room.

Recommended Places to Visit: There are many wonderful locations to explore from this delightful property, with easy access to the M5 and a short drive to the A303, there are some wonderful and quaint Devon and Somerset Villages, Towns and Cities to explore with excellent shopping in Exeter. For the young or young at heart a trip to Longleat Safari and Adventure Park may be the order of the day, or a stroll along the wonderful promenade at Lyme Regis, Sydmouth or Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton. Bicton Park has wonderful gardens to explore and not forgetting the National Parks of Exmoor and Dartmoor are both within an hour or so's driving, each with their own wonderful attractions for the young and old.

Recommended Places to Eat Out: There are many fantastic local country pubs within a short drive, including the Culm Valley Inn- only 1 mile away, whilst it might look a little rough around the edges the food is excellent and wins many awards.
