Pepperpots is a fabulous coastal house overlooking the beach at Mawgan Porth, offering outstanding sea views. This charming property can accommodate up to eight guests in four spacious bedrooms, making it perfect for family gatherings. With a sitting room and a separate TV room, children have their own space to enjoy. Outside, a sunny multi-level garden and terrace provide a serene escape, and parking is available for three cars. Whatever time of year you visit, Pepperpots promises a memorable Cornish holiday experience. Returning guests can enjoy a discount, so please contact us for details. Note that Pepperpots only accepts Saturday to Saturday weekly bookings during the School Summer Holidays 2026 (Saturday 18th July 2026 to Saturday 5th September 2026), and bookings not in accordance with this note may be cancelled.

Located 5 miles from Newquay, Cornwall's surfing capital, and a 20-minute drive to Padstow, Pepperpots is an ideal choice for a beach holiday any time of the year. The open-plan design features a newly fitted kitchen that opens into a dining area with patio doors leading to a south-facing patio. The main living room is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine, while the patio doors open onto a multi-level terrace with sea views, a hot tub, and an outdoor dining area. A separate TV room with a DVD player allows families to spread out and enjoy their space.

The twin room offers countryside views, and both share a smart bathroom with a shower over the bath. Outside, the main garden includes a hot tub, deck, and dining space for alfresco dining. The rear patio offers a drying area for wetsuits and storage for beach equipment. Situated between Watergate Bay and Padstow, Mawgan Porth is a lesser-known cove with a beach flanked by tall granite cliffs, ideal for surfing and exploring the South West Coastal Path.
