The spacious sitting/dining room is enhanced by a wood-burning stove, and the adjacent kitchen features a charming flame-fronted wood pellet boiler. Front and back gardens provide serene outdoor spaces, and the hot tub offers privacy with meadow views. Off-road parking for two cars is available, though access is via an unmade track not suitable for low-slung vehicles.

The property is approached by an unmade track, which also provides access to the owner's neighbouring residence. After exploring the area, guests can unwind in the hot tub or refresh in one of two bathrooms before retiring to the sumptuous bedrooms. The master bedroom, with its super king-size bed and dramatic gable window, exudes romance. The second bedroom offers flexibility with a zip and link bed for either twin or super king-size arrangements.

The historic market town of Liskeard, located in South East Cornwall, sits at the head of the Looe Valley. With a weekly market, shops, pubs, and restaurants, the town is vibrant and welcoming. Just 9 miles away lies the charming fishing port of Looe, with its beaches and harbour. Nearby attractions include Siblyback Lake for fishing and watersports, the Donkey Sanctuary, Cotehele House and Gardens, and the championship golf course at St Mellion International Resort. The world-famous Eden Project and the maritime city of Plymouth, with its historic Barbican docks, shops, and National Maritime Museum, are also within easy reach.
