5 Southern Place is a remarkable single-storey lodge featuring an open-plan living area with a fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and a dishwasher. The dining area comfortably seats six guests, and the sitting area is equipped with a TV. The lodge boasts three well-appointed bedrooms: a super king size double with an en-suite shower room, a king size double, and a twin room with two full-size single beds, all equipped with TVs. A bathroom services the latter two bedrooms.

Outdoor Relaxation and Modern Conveniences

Outside the lodge, guests can enjoy a private decking area furnished with comfortable seating and an indulgent hot tub, perfect for unwinding. There's also off-road parking for one car and an EV charging point. The rental includes WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels. Please note that pets are not allowed, and the property maintains a no-smoking policy. For families with young children, a travel cot (no mattress) and highchair are available. Guests should be aware that there is a lake on-site, and children need supervision at all times. Barbecues are not permitted on-site, and Sunday arrivals are not allowed.
