3 Southern Place is a luxurious single-storey lodge featuring one double bedroom, a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower, and a cloakroom. The open-plan living area includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining space, and a cosy sitting area. This lodge in the Cornish Countryside is perfect for a romantic getaway. For entertainment, you'll find a TV with Freeview, WiFi, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs. Essential appliances such as an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher are included. Fuel power, bed linen, and towels are all part of the package.

Outdoor Features and Pet-Friendly Policy

Outside, enjoy the private decking area with furniture and a luxurious hot tub, along with off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved dog is welcome for £30 per stay, payable before arrival. Please note, the decking area is not dog safe, so supervision is required. The lodge does not permit electric vehicle charging or barbecues on-site. This dog-friendly lodge provides travel cot (no mattress) and highchair upon request, making it a convenient option for families with young children.
