Swallow Barn is a high quality barn conversion with a luxurious interior in Langport, Somerset. Offering a high standard of accommodation throughout, this blue lias stone-built holiday barn is in an excellent location for discovering a number of wonderful country walks and cycle routes in the stunning Somerset levels. This area is renowned for its scenic beauty and for its rich diversity of wildlife.

The self-catering barn enjoys beautiful views over the farmlands and green hills. We are ideally placed for short breaks as well as longer holidays being under two hours from the outskirts of London, and only 15 minutes from junction 23 of the M5. There is a large gravel parking area to the front of the barn, as well as a large lawn, patio and a private and secluded decking area.

Swallow Barn  - Langport,

The holiday barn's lovely sunny garden and patio has beautiful views over farmland ideal for summer alfresco eating, and there is a wood burner with all logs provided for cosy nights in during the winter.

Our Somerset Levels barn, with its super-king size bed, is perfect for romantic breaks. Within the barn there is a stylish open plan living area with lounge area, dining area and kitchen. The open plan living area benefits from under floor heating, a lovely natural slate floor and a wood burner set in a brick hearth. There is also a wall mounted TV with DVD, Freeview and radio. WiFi internet access is also available. The modern and well-equipped oak kitchen is complete with beautiful granite worktops.

The wooden staircase leads to the spacious double bedroom complete with comfortable super-king size bed. There is plenty of space available for a travel cot or toddler bed. This is a beautiful room with a stone character wall with original timbers and quality oak flooring.  There is a wall mounted TV with DVD, Freeview and radio so you can lie back and enjoy watching TV in bed. The bed is zip and link so can be made up as either a superking or two singles as per your requirements. An oak door leads to the large en-suite bathroom.

Attached to our Somerset barn are two utility sheds, one housing a washer dryer and additional fridge and a reclaimed sink. A secure shed for golf clubs, fishing tackle, cycles etc.  Both sheds can be locked.

Low Ham is a traditional Somerset Hamlet located just 2 miles from the historic town of Langport which lies on the banks of the River Parrett. Good choice of pubs, restaurants, tea rooms and shops including a supermarket
