This stunning 27ft room with mellow oak flooring and large leather sofas can easily seat 14. In the summer open the double doors open directly to the stone patio.

Sleeping a total of 12 adults and 4 children, this property can also be adapted to accommodate toddlers and babies as most bedrooms have space for a cot or small bed.

The modern and well-equipped kitchen has cream shaker-style units and luxurious granite work surfaces, and is equipped with stylish and convenient appliances including an American style fridge/freezer, a range cooker and a dishwasher. The oak dining table can comfortably seat 12 so large family dinners can be an enjoyable and stress-free experience.

The games room has everything you could need to keep the adults entertained, while the younger guests can have fun in the play room, which has children's DVDs and toys and could also be used as a seventh bedroom for children if necessary as it links to the downstairs bedroom to create a family suite with an en-suite bathroom.

A range of outdoor games equipment is supplied, such as croquet, table tennis and badminton, which can be enjoyed in just under 2 acres of level grounds. The play area features a slide, a set of swings and a trampoline and there are football nets perfect for lazy sunday kick-arounds.

This property is ideally situated for country walks and cycle routes and enjoys fantastic, picture-perfect views across the Somerset levels.
