Nestled on a farm, this high quality holiday home oozes charm and character and sleeps up to 9 guests (7 adults and 2 children) plus up to 3 dogs so the whole family can enjoy a break away.
With five beautifully decorated bedrooms, a luxurious outdoor hot tub, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, this is an ideal holiday home for family gatherings or holidays with friends close to Exmoor.
Inside this 5 Bedroom Holiday Farmhouse with Hot Tub

• Beautiful beamed kitchen diner with luxurious kitchen and cosy dining area,
• Handy utility room with washing machine and a spacious boot room for coats and muddy boots,
• Ground floor shower room with basin and WC,
Five First Floor Bedrooms:
• A romantic king-size master bedroom with en-suite shower room,
• Another comfortable king-size bedroom,
• One twin bedroom with standard single beds
• A second twin room with slightly narrower 2'6" beds
• A snug single bedroom,
• A family bathroom with bath, basin and WC.
As a historic 16th century property, the house features many traditional features including low beams and doorways, split level floors and a narrow staircase.
Outside is a large fenced private garden ideal for relaxing and unwinding in summer time. The terrace is a bit of a sun-trap and equipped with sun loungers and a picnic table for dining alfresco. There is also a BBQ area with a fire pit, clay pizza oven, and an indoor/outdoor cooking space for making the most of alfresco dining in summer.
Also outdoors is where you’ll find the inviting warm and bubbly hot tub, ideal for long relaxing soaks on holiday.
There is also a play area with swings, a slide, and climbing frame (adult supervision required) on site, making this a truly appealing family holiday home.
