Downstairs, enter into the stunning sitting room, with comfy sofas to relax in in front of a warming wood burner. You can spend the day surrounded by large windows overlooking the grassy garden and picturesque sights beyond. Whether it’s a breezy or sunny, this will be a perfect room to enjoy. There’s even a TV and DVD player, games, books and a stereo, so you can enjoy your favourite films, holiday playlists and board games all from the comfort of The Round House. The dining area is just behind, so you can relax with a homecooked meal prepared in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen.

The bedrooms:

• On the groundfloor, there is a bedroom with two sets of full-size bunk beds, plus French doors that open out to the terrace.  Also on the ground floor is the shower room with WC,
• You’ll find the second two bedrooms upstairs, where there is a double bedroom with a convenient en-suite, perfect for enjoying soothing bath waters,
   
• There is also a twin bedroom with a family bathroom. Both are beautifully lit by carefully designed windows like the whole house, which has a south facing front so is filled with gorgeous sunlight. 

Outside, there is an enclosed garden that looks out over the magnificent countryside views, so you can sit out and enjoy the warming sun. Or, the paved terrace is an ideal place for a meal out in the fresh air, having outdoor seating and a table. It will be an experience to remember!

While staying in The Round House, you’ll be in an unbeatable location just on the South of Exmoor National Park as well as close to a number of lovely towns. Only five miles away is Dulverton, a charming town with the River Barle running through it. Make sure to visit all the local attractions, from a classic fish and chips shop to the art gallery, or a boutique shop and independent restaurant. Alternatively, Barnstaple and South Molton are both lively country towns with their own unique character. If you’re looking for a countryside retreat, Exmoor is unmatched for routes to explore and stunning views, as well as beautiful gardens in Marwood and RHS Rosemoor. The tranquillity of the countryside is unbeatable, and it can all be enjoyed from The Round House!
