Located by the North Atlantic coast, the town of Dingle in Kerry is situated in the south western part of Ireland, on the Dingle Peninsula. This festival sees the whole settlement joining in and dressing up in traditional Irish costumes, spilling out into the streets with music and dance and having a generally merry old time! The town also hosts a fantastic fireworks display on New Year’s Eve which draws in large crowds because it is the only one of the time of year in Ireland.
