South of Beadnell are attractions such as the ruins of Dunstanburgh Castle, the quaint village of Craster and the popular beach at Boulmer. Further south from here is Warkworth with its charming historical streets. Inland, within a 20 mile drive you can be amongst the stunning scenery of the Northumberland National Park which is a great place to visit on a cottage break. Take note though, the car parks for accessing the park are not free so do remember to bring plenty of change if visiting.
