Step into this cosy pine lodge to be greeted by an inviting open plan living area with a lounge where you can snuggle up on the sumptuous sofa and chair, enjoying a holiday read lit by the sunlight streaming through the window. Or relax and watch TV – you can even bring along your DVDs to take advantage of the DVD player! The stunning French doors open from the lounge, a highlight of the property, allowing you to step out onto the tranquil decked area, complete with serene views of the lake. It’s the perfect space for enjoying al fresco dining and a relaxing glass of wine as the sun goes down!

The kitchen is a well-designed space complete with all the essential equipment you could need to rustle up a meal. Whether you need the cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer or the dishwasher, it’ll make cooking a dream. For a relaxing evening, there’s also a soothing bath to enjoy in the bathroom, so you can chill out in hot waters, or refresh yourself with the power shower over the bath. When you’re ready for bed, the two bedrooms are both great spaces to unwind and enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. The first bedroom features a king-sized bed, perfectly placed amongst cosy wooden walls and a curtained window, so you can relax into the sumptuous fresh sheets. Alternatively, the twin room is another lovely space, with two charming beds and beautiful decorated. 

Another wonderful feature of this property is the wonderful outdoor hot tub.  Don’t forget to head outside and savour the hot tub on relaxing lazy days, screened and edged by greenery – it’s not an opportunity to miss out on!

Less than ten miles away from Rural Roosts is the charming city of Lincoln, a picturesque city offering everything from unique shops and artisan cafes to unmatched historical sites such as Lincoln Castle (home to the magna carta for any history buffs out there!). Lincoln’s Cathedral is a magnificent demonstration of architecture prevailing over the landscape. If you’re interested in aviation and the RAF, there are museums and memorials to enjoy, making for an engaging day trip out! Or, if you’re more of a walker, then there’s plenty to choose from, whether you’re after scenic footpaths or gorgeous cycling routes. The unspoilt scenery of the Lincolnshire Wolds is only around 10 miles away too!

There are several wildlife parks to enjoy as well, such as the local Rand Farm Park or Woodside Wildlife Park, both fantastic days out for all the family! And, with the coast only 30 minutes drive away, you can even catch a day out at the seaside. There will be a new adventure to explore everyday.
