This large holiday home sleeps 10 adults (2 additional beds available for children on request, bringing the total capacity up to 12 people).

The house sits within large gardens and there is a roomy patio so guests can enjoy a BBQ and dining alfresco in summer time.  There is even a covered eating area and the large lawns are ideal for games.

The pretty estuary town of Barnstaple with its shops and eateries is just 9 miles away and for day trips out the North Devon coast with its lovely sandy beaches like Westward Ho! and Saunton Sands is only around 30 minutes’ drive away.  Also close by is the lush scenery of Exmoor National Park.

•    The open plan living area is spread over the entire first floor, offering plenty of space, ideal for sociable living.  This area is made up of a lounge with comfy sofas, a warming wood-burner, TV with Sky, a spacious well equipped high quality kitchen (complete with coffee maker, US style fridge/freezer, wine fridge, microwave, dishwasher, range cooker with 2 ovens, 5 ring induction hob and washing machine and tumble dryer), and a dining area to seat 12 (ideal for dining altogether or celebrating those special occasions).

•    On the ground floor is the large entrance hall, a family bathroom and two bedrooms (each of the bedrooms has zip and link beds so can be arranged as either a twin or as a king-size);

•    On the second floor are a further 3 bedrooms (each of these bedrooms has its own en-suite shower room and zip and link beds, so can be made up as either a twin or as a king, depending on your needs).
