o    Family bedroom with a super-king sized bed (can be arranged as two singles) and additional single bed plus TV and ensuite shower room,

o    Two further bedrooms, each with zip and link beds so can be made up as either a superking-sized bed or as a twin,

o    A ground floor family bedroom with garden views and TV, sleeping 5 (usually arranged as 4 single beds plus one pull-out single bed, the 4 single beds are zip and link and can be configured differently if required),

•    Family bathroom,

•    A cot and highchair can be made available on request,
