The Linhay is set in beautiful North Devon countryside only a few miles from the stunning coast at Combe Martin and Woolacombe. The cottage is situated within the Wheel Farm holiday cottage complex of 10 cottages and shares a lovely, indoor, heated swimming pool, with Sauna and outside there is a tennis court and childrens play area. The Farm is situated 3 miles from Combe Martin, a quaint fishing village with loads of great pubs and restaurants and further along the coast is the lively town of Ilfracombe with top restaurants, even one with a Michelin star The Olive Room. Woolacombe is about 6 miles away and is famous for it's 3 miles of long sandy beach and safe bathing with Life Gueards on patrol. Last year it was awarded "Best Beach in Britain". Beyond the golden sands of Woolacombe Bay and Putsborough beach at the far end you can walk around Baggy Point and come to the trendy, surf village of Croyde, with another pretty beach, great surfing a a very lively night life, particularly in The Thatch pub.

Apart from the amazing beaches the area has plenty of attractions for children with Exmoor Zoo and Combe Martin Wildlife and Diosaur Park just dwn the road. For those wishing to stick to dry land the wilds of Exmoor are only a short drive away.

The Linhay, is a one level, two bedroom cottage which easily sleeps 4 in a double bedroom and a bunk-bedroom and a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower attachment, wash basin and wc.

The living area is set out in open-plan style, with a comfortable lounge with a sofa and chair plus a TV and DVD, the dining area has a pine table and chairs then there is a well equipped kitchen.
