•    The attractively furnished open plan living space located on the first-floor takes advantage of the stunning surrounding vista. Everyone can help out preparing a feast in the smart, well-equipped fitted kitchen: fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher. Serve at the wooden dining table alongside. Or, take a break from cooking by eating out at one of the beach side bars, cafes, restaurants.

•    In the sitting area, two comfy leather sofas and a matching armchair beckon those with plans to snuggle down for an evening's Freesat viewing. But, those with energy to spare, could head for neighbouring Exmoor National Park, for a stroll and a true dark skies experience.

There are three welcoming comfortable bedrooms:

•    A first floor bedroom with a king-size bed, country views and luxurious en-suite shower-room with a rainfall massage shower, basin and WC.
 
•    Two further bedrooms are on the lower floor.  Doors open out from these bedrooms to the terraced area (for that wonderful holiday feel);
 
o    Master bedroom with a king-size bed, plus limestone en-suite shower room with rainfall massage shower, basin and WC,

o    A spacious twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a bath (with overhead shower), basin and WC..

The outdoor spaces at this lovely barn conversion make this a truly appealing holiday rental.

There is a patio area with garden furniture where you dine alfresco whilst enjoying country views.  The terraces are a treat too with sun loungers (ideal for lazy summer days) and colourful garden furniture with a parasol for shade lovers.

The stunning scenery of Exmoor National Park is found all around.  This is the place for mountain bikers wanting a challenge, along with those who love to ride horses, canoe, fish, walk or spot wildlife such as red deer and ponies. More animals can be seen at Combe Martin Wildlife & Dinosaur Park. A little further afield, but not to be missed is Dunster,with its historic castle, watermill and iron age settlements.

The coast is within easy reach for day trips too with Broadsands Beach just 4 miles away.

All linen is provided, but guests should bring their own beach/dog towels. One medium/large dog or two little ones are welcome by arrangement.
