Upstairs there is a roomy comfortable living room with 55 inch Smart HD Flat Screen TV and comfy sofas.  Also on this floor are the 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms (a master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite shower room and juliette balcony and two further bedrooms (each of which has a flatscreen TV and can be made up as either a super-king size bed or as a twin), plus a family bathroom with overhead shower.   The first floor features the superb balcony area where guests can sit out or relax on a sun lounger and soak up those impressive country views.

The gardens lead down to the pool area where there is a 16ftx32ft fantastic outdoor swimming pool, complete with veranda, patio with seating , BBQ, BBQ lodge and facilities for playing table tennis.
