This elegant cottage accommodates up to sixteen guests, featuring seven bedrooms, including a versatile ground floor family room with a super king-size double (convertible to a twin) and a single sofabed. Other rooms include a ground floor double, a king-size double with en-suite bath and office, three doubles with en-suite showers, and a twin (convertible to super king-size double) with an extra bed. A ground floor family shower room complements the accommodations.

This Lake District cottage boasts a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area seating eight, a conservatory seating four, a grand dining room seating sixteen, and a comfortable sitting room with an open fire seating fourteen. Additional features include a second floor observation tower with telescope and a large conservatory seating twenty-two. The property offers off-road parking for eight cars and a beautiful lawned area with a hot tub, furniture, and BBQ facilities. Please note, bookings during Christmas, New Year, and Easter require a minimum stay of five nights.
