This delightful Lake Windermere cottage offers five bedrooms, including two king-size doubles and three twins, comfortably accommodating up to ten guests. The cottage boasts two family bathrooms, a ground floor shower room, a kitchen with a dining area, and a sitting room with a gas fire and patio doors opening directly to Lake Windermere. Outside, enjoy a utility room, ample off-road parking, a wood-fired hot tub, and a patio garden with furniture.

Hammerhole provides guests with access to wonderful woodland walks from the doorstep, taking in the extensive grounds of the Graythwaite Estate. Enjoy free fly fishing and a swimming pool nearby, though note the swimming pool will be unavailable until 31st March 2025. Guests can book 45-minute private swimming sessions, with a maximum of three slots (or two for short stays) available to pre-book seven days before arrival by contacting estate@graythwaite.com. The estate offers a range of activities, including canoeing, bushcraft, climbing, and guided walks. Milk and provisions from Town End Farm can be delivered to your doorstep.
