A spacious open plan living area with lounge area and dining area that opens out to the patio where you can dine alfresco in summertime or sit out and enjoy views out to the garden. There is also a well equipped kitchen with double oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine. There are two comfortable bedrooms; a double bedroom with a king-size bed, a twin bedroom, an office and a luxury shower room with W.C. Underfloor central heating ensures comfortable temperatures during the colder months. A cot, high chair and baby gate are available for younger children and a temporary foldaway bed can be supplied for a fifth guest.
The sunny patio area to the front of the property is a great spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or to sit out in the evening with a glass of wine and watch the sunset.
Parking is available for three cars

The village shop is half a mile from the farm and stocks a good variety of locally produced foods, bread, milk, newspapers, etc. The historic town of Great Missenden is less than 3 miles from the farm and offers comprehensive facilities: a variety of shops, bank, post office, surgeries, pubs, restaurants ,taxi services and a railway station with direct (40 minutes) services every 30 minutes to London Underground stations.
