This holiday retreat accommodates up to nine guests across five spacious and cozy bedrooms. The master double bedroom features an en-suite shower room while a modern family bathroom with a bath over shower serves the rest of the house. The ground floor presents a generous open-plan living space, including a sitting room and dining area with garden views, along with a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, a sizable enclosed garden and shared games barn await, alongside ample off-road parking. Situated minutes away from Alyth's amenities, Holly House offers an ideal Scottish Highlands getaway year-round for groups of nine. Please note that stag, hen parties, or similar gatherings are not allowed. The owner has implemented a new check-in time of 5pm to ensure thorough property cleaning between bookings. Guests are kindly requested to bring their towels. Additionally, an EV charging point is now available; guests should notify the owner if charging facilities are required.
