What Lahinch offers for Self-Catering Breaks

Lahinch is a beautiful place to stay for a cottage holiday with plenty to explore and enjoy in the town and local area. The famous Cliffs of Moher is a great place to start as well as the Burren which is a fascinating Karst-landscape region in Clare and one of the largest landscapes of this type in Europe. You can also find plenty of attractions to visit including Lahinch Seaworld and Leisure centre, Kenny Woollen Mills and Lahinch Art Gallery. On the other hand if you want to get out and about and enjoy the wonderful landscape that surrounds you then there are plenty of activities for you to enjoy such as surfing with the local surf school.  You can also learn to kite surf, play a round of golf or rent a kayak to explore the river in Lahinch.

Lahinch is also home to a wonderful selection of restaurants for a nice evening meal out in the town including Moy House which has a menu that is designed for everyday and only uses fresh produce, mainly local seafood. There is also Cornerstone Bar and Restaurant and Galvin’s which is a unique old pub built from sea stones and local materials.  Lahinch has lots to offer for a cottage break near the sea.  We hope you find good quality self-catering accommodation that meets your needs in or near Lahinch.
