"Great Oak Park is just a complete gem of a house and delivers on all aspects required for a great weekend away. You feel as if you're in the middle of nowhere and yet access to pubs, walks, local town are just minutes away. The accommodation is superb, clean, tidy, grand and well presented but without a "show home" feel so you are relaxed in the house not feeling as if you can't touch anything. The bedrooms are well appointed and perfectly suited for couples or hen parties. The hot tub was amazing and the sauna heats quickly so no planning of its use was required. The owners were very friendly, efficient and accurate, so there were no hidden surprises with regards to the rental and nothing was too much trouble, really very approachable and accommodating.
