Beautiful Cotswold View, located just over 800 yards from the famous village centre, is nestled on a small farm with direct access through the farmyard. The property boasts floor-to-ceiling windows on the second level, providing unrivalled views of the Windrush Valley. This newly built Cotswold stone farmhouse features eco-friendly amenities, including an Air Source Heat Pump for underfloor heating, an Eco-cent system for hot water, and roof-fitted Photovoltaic panels. The owners, when present, reside on the self-contained first floor. The interior is bright and spacious, enhancing its contemporary style, with a well-equipped kitchen and ample seating for bird and wildlife viewing.

Comfortable and Modern Living Spaces

Relax in the spacious master bedroom, which can be configured as a super-king size or twin beds. Enjoy the floor-to-ceiling windows that provide awe-inspiring views right from your bed. A separate bathroom with an over-bath shower is located on this floor. The third floor features two additional bedrooms in the eaves: a double with an en-suite shower and a twin room with an en-suite WC. Both rooms have sloping ceilings and are furnished with modern, low-set Oriental style beds. Ample parking is available within the farm curtilage, making it convenient for guests.
